PACKAGE D: Pet Painting Pawty 🐾 *Unleash the paw-ty and transform your furry or feathery friend into a pop art sensation! Perfect for adults and kids ages 10+ (Note: Pets are the portrait models, not the painters!). Guided live and in-person by a professional Art Instructor on a 12" x 16" canvas. DURATION: Up to 2 hours WHAT WE PROVIDE: Custom pre-sketched pet canvases, all art supplies, and aprons. WHAT YOU PROVIDE: Tables and chairs (we do not provide furniture). PRICING: *Base Rate: $750 for up to 10 guests (Minimum Purchase) * Additional Guests: $75 / person (11+ guests) (Note: An assistant instructor may accompany larger groups.) PET PHOTO REQUIREMENTS & DEADLINES *ADVANCE BOOKING: Must be booked at least 1 week in advance. *PHOTO SUBMISSIONS: Every participant must submit a clear photo of their pet at least 3 days before the party date. *LATE SUBMISSIONS: Photos submitted late may result in a default pet portrait. * RESERVING YOUR DATE: Payment of the base package minimum ($750) is required to secure your date and time. * FINAL HEADCOUNT: Please track your RSVPs and submit your final headcount prior to the party. * FINAL PAYMENT: Any remaining balance for additional guests will be invoiced before your event and is due 1 day prior to your party. WHAT TO EXPECT ON EVENT DAY: *We turn your venue into a live art studio! * EARLY ARRIVAL & SETUP: We will arrive prior to your reserved start time to unpack supplies and set up the painting area. * PARKING: We carry heavy bins of art materials! Please reserve a parking space close to the setup location. * GRATUITY: Tips for our Art Instructor(s) are never required, but always greatly appreciated! For in-person parties, please note: We do not provide tables, chairs, food or drinks. We do not charge extras (such as set-up, clean-up, or travel fees) inside our service area of Los Angeles, CA & surrounding area. VIEW MAP & more info to see if you are within our service area. Or - contact us before booking directly to find out if your venue is within our service area. In the case you'd still want to book us, we charge a travel fee of $10/mile after & outside our service area radius. Please inquire within. Promotional discounts do not apply outside our service area.
